KINETICS CORPORATIONS SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY
By choosing to subscribe to Kinetics Corporations products, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your recurring orders.
1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
We offer convenient subscription options to ensure you never run out of your favorite supplements. You can choose to have your products automatically delivered at the following intervals:

2. RECURRING BILLING
By placing a subscription order, you authorize Kinetics Corporations and our payment processors to automatically charge your original payment method on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you selected.
You will be billed for the cost of the product (minus any applicable subscription discounts) plus applicable shipping and taxes. This recurring billing will continue until you pause or cancel your subscription.
3. HOW TO MANAGE, PAUSE, OR CANCEL
You have full control over your subscription. You can modify your delivery frequency, update your shipping address, update your payment method, pause your deliveries, or cancel your subscription at any time.
To manage your subscription:

Click the "Manage Subscription" link provided in your original order confirmation email or your upcoming delivery notification email.

Log into your Kinetics Corporations customer account on our website.

If you need assistance, you can email our team at support@shopkinetics.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for an email request to be processed.
4. CANCELLATION DEADLINE
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, you must cancel or pause your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. You will receive an automated reminder email before your next charge occurs, giving you time to make any necessary changes.
5. PROCESSED ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED OR REFUNDED
Because our products are consumable supplements and are fulfilled on-demand, once a recurring payment processes, the order is immediately routed to our facility for production and fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, stopped, or refunded. As outlined in our Refund Policy, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or unwanted items. If you fail to cancel your subscription before the 24-hour deadline, the order will be shipped to you and the charge will be final.
6. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION PRICING
Kinetics Corporations reserves the right to change the price of our subscription products at any time. If the price of your subscribed product changes, you will be notified via email well in advance of your next billing date, allowing you the opportunity to cancel or modify your subscription before the new price takes effect.
