KINETICS CORPORATIONS SHIPPING, TRACKING, & DELIVERY GUIDE

In the guide below, you'll find a culmination of our most "Frequently Asked Questions" in regards to shipping, tracking, and delivery, along with our detailed answers.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Because we prioritize freshness and quality, Kinetics Corporations products are fulfilled on-demand. This means your supplements are prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.

Once you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email containing your order details. Our fulfillment team then takes 2 to 5 business days to prepare and process your items.

Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our facility, you will receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email. This email will contain your tracking information and the necessary steps to track your delivery.

HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES DETERMINED?

Shipping rates vary depending on the gross weight of your order and your destination. To calculate the exact cost of shipping for your order, please add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING: We are thrilled to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $70! Your cart will automatically apply this discount once your subtotal reaches $70.

WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL SHIPPING TIMES?

We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Please note that "transit time" begins after the 2-5 business day production period. All transit times are estimates provided by the courier.

  • United States Orders: Standard Shipping via USPS (2-4 Business Days after fulfillment).

  • International Orders: Standard International Shipping (10-21 Business Days after fulfillment, depending on destination customs).

Note: "Business days" are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ITEM/SHIPPING ADDRESS - CAN I CHANGE IT?

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, amended, or canceled. Because our fulfillment system is entirely automated to get your products into production as fast as possible, orders are immediately routed to our facility the second you click "Complete Order." We cannot change shipping addresses, swap products, or alter flavors once an order is submitted.

Please double-check your cart and your shipping address before checking out.

  • If you entered an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us by the carrier, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.

  • Kinetics Corporations is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer provided incorrect details at checkout. We do not issue refunds for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We strive to accommodate all of our loyal international customers; however, due to complex import regulations and carrier restrictions, there are certain countries we cannot ship to.

Restricted Countries: We currently do not ship to Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.

Note regarding UK & EU: Supplements are heavily regulated by customs in the UK and EU. Some ingredients may be restricted. We recommend checking your local customs laws regarding dietary supplements before ordering.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES ON MY ORDER?

Yes. International orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

These charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; Kinetics Corporations has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, we will not issue a refund for your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped out from our fulfillment center, you will receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email from us containing a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their website after you receive the email.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND IT HASN’T BEEN RECEIVED

Domestic Orders: Please check your tracking link. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than five (5) business days, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance at support@shopkinetics.com.

International Orders: International shipping can take between 10-21 business days, and sometimes longer if a package is held up in customs. If it has been more than 25 business days since you received your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

ACCORDING TO MY TRACKING LINK, MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING

Before contacting our Customer Service Team, we highly recommend checking your property, as couriers will often leave packages in a safe location out of public view.

  • Check with family members, roommates, or neighbors.

  • If you live in an apartment, check your parcel lockers, mailroom, or leasing office.

If you still cannot locate your package, we suggest contacting your local Post Office with your tracking number. If the courier is unable to assist you, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@shopkinetics.com.

DO YOU SHIP TO FPO, APO, OR DPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we proudly ship to military addresses via USPS. Please be aware that there is typically a longer transit time for overseas APO/FPO locations. When entering your address, always use the APO or FPO address format without the name of the international city/country to ensure it is handled correctly by the military mail system.
