Refund policy
KINETICS CORPORATIONS REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Kinetics Corporations. We pride ourselves on the quality of our supplements and products. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements and are fulfilled on-demand, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure safety and quality control.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO BUYER'S REMORSE)
Because our products are made-to-order and ingestible, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or a change of mind. Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be canceled, and we cannot accept returned supplements even if they are unopened.
2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., the wrong item was shipped), we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.
To submit a claim for a damaged or defective item:

You must contact us at support@shopkinetics.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

Please include your Order Number and a clear photograph of the damaged or defective item.

Provide a brief explanation of the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund to your original method of payment.
3. PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
If your package is lost in transit and does not arrive, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted to support@shopkinetics.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Please note: If the tracking information states that the package was delivered to your address, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
4. INVALID ADDRESSES AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We do not offer refunds for orders abandoned or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIMEFRAME
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
