THE SHORT VERSION

We offer free shipping worldwide. Every piece is made to order, so allow a short production window before dispatch. Most US and Europe orders arrive within 8–11 business days; other countries generally arrive within 8–14 business days. Damaged pieces are replaced free if reported within 14 days. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Full policy below.

SECTION 1 — FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship free of charge to the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East — and to most countries worldwide. The shipping cost shown at checkout will be $0.00 for all eligible destinations.

If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us at hello@ninetyworldwide.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery.

SECTION 2 — PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Every NINETY FC™ piece is made to order through a partly manual process, so each order includes a short production window before it ships. Estimated total times from order to delivery:

United States and Europe: 8–11 business days (allow 11–15 business days for larger pieces).
All other countries: 8–14 business days, depending on destination.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, weather, and other factors outside our control. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

SECTION 3 — CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total and are not collected by us.

If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned or abandoned, the order is treated as a refused order under Section 6.

SECTION 4 — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL

In the rare event your piece arrives damaged — a dented frame, creased print, or crushed box — we will replace it at no cost to you.

How to claim

  1. Photograph the damaged piece and the packaging clearly.
  2. Email hello@ninetyworldwide.com with your order number, a description, and the photos within 14 calendar days of marked delivery.
  3. We respond within 1 business day and produce a replacement.

We do not typically require return of the damaged piece.

SECTION 5 — LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Optional Merchandise Protection ($9.99) — At checkout you may add Merchandise Protection. Orders with this protection are eligible for a free replacement if the package is lost in transit or marked delivered but missing (porch theft).

Without Merchandise Protection — We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If a package is genuinely lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier, though replacement without protection is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.

For theft claims, please notify us within 5 days of the marked delivery date at hello@ninetyworldwide.com.

SECTION 6 — REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, OR WRONG-ADDRESS ORDERS

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refuse delivery, or refuse to pay customs charges, and the package is returned to us or abandoned, the order is not eligible for a refund. Because each piece is made to order, it cannot be resold.

We may offer a paid re-shipment to a corrected address at the customer's expense, including new shipping fees and any reapplied duties. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

SECTION 7 — CANCELLATIONS

Because production begins quickly, cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Email hello@ninetyworldwide.com with your order number as soon as possible.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded — including changes to size, format, design, or shipping address.

SECTION 8 — INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong design, size, or format, we will correct it at no cost. Report it within 14 calendar days of marked delivery to hello@ninetyworldwide.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. Once verified, we will produce and ship the correct piece free of charge.
