RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

THE SHORT VERSION

Every piece is made to order specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases or sizing errors. We will replace pieces that arrive damaged or defective if you report it within 14 days of delivery. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Gift cards are non-refundable. SECTION 1 — ALL SALES FINAL

Because every piece of art from NINETY FC™ is handmade to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

— Change of mind or buyer's remorse
— Incorrect size selected by the customer
— Color appearing different than expected on screen
— Pieces not matching the style of a room
— Any other customer-initiated reason

Please measure your wall space carefully and review our size guide before ordering. Color reproduction varies between monitor displays and printed pieces. We do our best to reproduce colors accurately but cannot guarantee an exact match to your screen.

Why — When you place an order, we don't pull from inventory. We print, stretch, and finish your specific piece in our partner workshop. Once produced, your piece cannot be resold or repurposed. This is the cost of true made-to-order quality.

SECTION 2 — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

14-day replacement policy — Pieces that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects are eligible for free replacement, provided you report within 14 calendar days of marked delivery.

How to claim

  1. Photograph the damage clearly, including the packaging if available.
  2. Email hello@ninetyworldwide.com with your order number, a description, and the photos.
  3. We respond within 1 business day.

Approved claims result in a free replacement at no additional cost. We do not typically require return of the damaged piece.

SECTION 3 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because production begins quickly, cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Email hello@ninetyworldwide.com with your order number as soon as possible.

After 24 hours, your piece may already be in production and can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded. This includes changes to size, format, design, or shipping address. Please double-check every detail before completing checkout.

SECTION 4 — WRONG OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered — wrong design, wrong size, or wrong format — we will correct it at no cost to you.

Report it within 14 calendar days of marked delivery to hello@ninetyworldwide.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. Once verified, we will produce and ship the correct piece free of charge.

SECTION 5 — NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

— Gift cards
— Orders cancelled after the 24-hour window
— Returns or refunds requested for any customer-initiated reason listed in Section 1

SECTION 6 — REFUND PROCESSING

Where a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

SECTION 7 — HOW TO REACH US

All claims and requests under this policy must be submitted to hello@ninetyworldwide.com. Social media DMs, Instagram comments, and other channels do not constitute a valid claim and do not count toward the 14-day window.
