PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

SECTION 1 — ONE-TIME PURCHASES ONLY

NINETY FC™ sells made-to-order wall art as one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, auto-renewals, or installment-based purchase options. You are charged once, at checkout, for the order you place.

SECTION 2 — CANCELLING AN ORDER

Because every piece is made to order and production begins quickly, cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel, email hello@ninetyworldwide.com with your order number as soon as possible.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded. This includes changes to size, format, design, or shipping address.

SECTION 3 — PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED RELEASES

From time to time we may offer pre-orders or limited-edition releases with extended production or dispatch timelines. Where this applies, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page at the time of purchase. The same 24-hour cancellation window applies to these orders unless stated otherwise on the product page.

SECTION 4 — SUBSCRIPTIONS

If NINETY FC™ introduces subscription or recurring purchase options in the future, the specific cancellation terms — including how to cancel, billing cycles, and notice periods — will be presented at the time of enrollment and updated in this policy. Until then, no subscription terms apply to any order.
